Series contains biographical information on Mother Julia Moore, including biographies, obituary, curriculum vitae, photographs, 1975 feast day papers, religious papers, speeches, notes, news clippings, and correspondence. Material of note includes histories of the Sisters of St. Joseph; photographs of plaques presented to Mother Julia Moore by St. Joseph’s Hospital, London, Ontario and St. Joseph’s High School, St. Thomas, Ontario and a metal inscription from one of the plaques; photographs and correspondence from the International Union of Mothers’ General meeting in 1969; pamphlets from Mother Julia Moore’s involvement in the Ash Wednesday service at St. Joseph’s Church, Stratford, Ontario; a certificate from the medal presented to Mother Julia Moore for the 25th anniversary of the Queen Elizabeth II’s accession to the throne; a 1969 report of commission on religious life written by Mother Julia Moore; Beginnings in London Diocese 1868-1879 by Mother Julia Moore cut from CCHA, Study Session, 45, 1978; and material related to a donation given to Southdown of the Emmanuel Convalescent Foundation.
