There are pamphlets, correspondence, initiations, and news clippings from the hospital's centennial events (including prize winning limericks by Janet Reynolds and Betty Ellis). There are also a leaflet and correspondence relating to The History of St. Joseph's Hospital 1888-1988: Faith and Caring London, Ontario book as well as planning material for the book launch event. There is also miscellaneous material such as photographs of a man and a building, a postcard of the chapel, photocopy of the 1936 Constitution, By-Laws, and Rules of St. Joseph's Hospital, invitations to events at the hospital and of the St. joseph's School of Nursing Alumnae, a Christmas card from the hospital, a schedule of the out-patient clinic, a list of the distinctions of Sr. D.
