The scrapbook primarily contains photographs, cards, correspondence, and news clippings about the Sisters, the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, and Peru. There is also description of the photographs, a prayer card for Ignacia Triarte Elias, and a memorial letter of appreciation to the Sisters from the people of Chincha Alta.

This file contains the pages of a scrapbook by Sister Leona Colterman of Sisters of St. Joseph of Pembroke, Ontario, Canada about her ministry with the Tekakwitha Wickiup and the Saskatchewan Interfaith Pastoral Care Association in Regina, Saskatchewan as well as Groves Park Lodge, Renfrew, Ontario. The Tekakwitha Wickiup, founded in 1976, was a centre which provided counseling, community space, prayer, and information for accessing social services to those in need, particularly among the First Nations community. It encourages self-help and self-sufficiency with a focus on assisting with access to housing and employment. Sister Leona Colterman and Brother Henri Bisson directed the centre. There is correspondence, news clippings, reports, pamphlets, and booklets about the centre. There are also some photographs of community events. Groves Park Lodge is a long-term centre and Sister Leona was also the president of the Groves Park Lodge Auxiliary. There are news clipping and photographs about her activities there as well as meeting minutes.

With this ministry she initiated and directed the St. Jude Social Service Centre to provided care for those in need and training to local case-workers. It was intended to document their every-day life. Sister Mary Rice is a frequent contributor. The scrapbook contains journal-like entries, photographs, prayer cards, event posters and pamphlets, news letters, and a "volunteer kit' which includes a rubber band, a dime, a mint, a marble, a binder clip, and a paper star. The scrapbook also includes detailed accounts of Jack "Bird" O'Neill, the Sister Kathleen O'Neil's pet budgie. The material primarily focuses on the Sisters in Pembroke, but having been created after amalgamation also includes details about the Sisters in London, Hamilton, and Peterborough.
