The subseries consists of the Sisters’ Council report for the community newsletter written in 1974, as well as newsletters by the Sisters’ Council from 1970-1974. There is a report of the Board of Governors of the Diocesan Council meeting in March 1974, a list of members of the Executive Committee of the Sisters’ Council of 1971-1972, and a membership list for the Sisters’ Council. There is also the first newsletter published by the Sisters’ Committee of the Essex Deanery in January 1966.
Sub-series consists of photographs related to a farewell ceremony in 1985 when the school board administrative offices moved from Sacred Heart Convent. There was an opening of the cornerstone at this event. There is also a farewell ceremony reception invitation, a farewell ceremony boardroom gathering agenda. Besides these records, there are land and property maintenance receipts, property sketch, and a chronology of property transfers and sales. Finally, there is also a program and speech from the 2008 rededication of the original convent cornerstone.
Sub-series consists of letter from General Superior to Sisters and decorative Christmas card and envelope with list of donors of a car that was given to the Sisters.
This series contains documents relating to tertianship classes run in the 1950s and 1960s. There are programs, transcripts, a crucifix, booklets on religious scholarship, and photographs. Of particular interest is a history of the Congregation with a timeline.
