This series contains records pertaining to departments and services at St. Joseph's Hospital, London. These include the organization of departments in the hospital as well as records from various departments themselves. This subseries includes typed lists of the Sisters who withdrew from the congregation. These lists document their religious names, birth names, and dates of their final vows. Some of the lists also contain information about places of birth, names of parents, and completed education. This subseries also includes three pages of handwritten notes documenting the departure dates of Sisters from the congregation along with their reasons for withdrawing.
