This subseries consists of directory booklets that were printed annually and contain lists of support staff for the community, lists of all the Sisters with their locations and contact information, and all the Sisters’ feast days. Some of the later editions of the directories were printed with photographs of the Sisters in full colour. These directories enable the Sisters to form a sense of community with those in their congregation who they may not get to see or speak to often and enable them to remain familiar with all those in the congregation.

This subseries includes typed lists of the Sisters who withdrew from the congregation. These lists document their religious names, birth names, and dates of their final vows. Some of the lists also contain information about places of birth, names of parents, and completed education. This subseries also includes three pages of handwritten notes documenting the departure dates of Sisters from the congregation along with their reasons for withdrawing.

The series consists of records concerning reunions, festivals, workshops, and anniversaries. These records comprise of address books, booklets, ceremony schedules, correspondences, event schedules, liturgy and prayer booklets and sheets, mailing lists, former Sisters membership lists, music sheets and hymns, newspaper clippings and photocopies, postcards with envelopes, photographs, and programs.

This sub-series consists of reunion records from the July 1988 and September 2006 meetings of former Sisters of St. Joseph. The records consist of an address book, correspondence, a ceremony schedule, former Sisters membership lists, postcards with envelopes, liturgies, mailing lists, and prayers.
