The subseries contains various certificates and photographs of awards and plaques that were given to the Sisters for their charitable work. The series also contains one newspaper article, written by Kelley Teahan of the London Free Press, describing the Sisters’ receipt of the first Monsignor Cook Award, and one article appearing in the Newsletter of the Diocese of London about the Sisters’ charitable work with the community. There is also a photograph of the bronze statue named “Humanity” by Peter Rice-Jones that was gifted to the Sisters by the Red Cross. This is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, information about the artist, and a brief history of the international Red Cross movement’s humanitarian origins.
