The Sisters of St. Joseph of Hamilton, Ontario came to Hespeler on August 29th, 1944. Three Sisters moved to a house, St. Joseph’s Convent, in the town. While there the Sisters taught at separate schools in the area. The Sisters left Hespeler in 1961.
