This file contains records on specific building requirements for the lake house such as for the flooring, indoor and outdoor painting, dry walling, finishing carpentry, fireplace mantel, carpet, electrical wiring, driveway, garage, and extra storage space. There are also communications and building contracts with surveyors and contractors such as Horn Surveys Ltd., Fekete Construction Co. Ltd., 4 Star Construction Ltd., and Forest Construction Ltd. In addition, there are building invoices and receipts for building supplies and labour services. There is one hand drawn plan by the 4 Star Construction Ltd. for a garage with an extension for storage.
