This subseries consists of two annual reports published by the London Foundation Donations Committee outlining charitable giving and its impact. The priority areas for funding include women, families, and children; the environment; community relationships; and urgent or emergency needs.

This series contains a letter to Dr. Robert Stevenson, which was forwarded to Sr. Mary Leo Kirwin from Rev. W.T McGrattan of St. Peter’s Seminary in appreciation of Dr. Stevenson’s financial contribution to the Kirwin-Henesy seminary bursary fund. In addition, there are financial records listing donors and their financial contributions, as well an invitation to advertise to potential donors. There are also standing (including Sr. Mary Leo’s) donations to the St. Peter’s Seminary Bursary established by Mrs. Mae Kirwin in 1977.

Series consists of correspondence, newsletters, photographs, and Christmas cards, which document the charitable donations made by various schools to Heart-Links to help fund its projects in Peru.

Four record books make up this sub-series. These provide donation information from the surrounding communities of Haldimand County, Caledonia, Cayuga, and Hamilton. In 1854, Father Schneider of Goderich invited the Sisters to come to his mission to collect food for the orphans. From that time onward, the Sisters visited surrounding rural communities to raise monies to help fund the orphanage. These record books provide a list of individual names and businesses and the amount of their donations.
