This subseries contains records related to campaigns to end child poverty in Canada and abroad. It includes memos, fliers, letters of solidarity, newsletters from the Canadian Catholic Organization for Development and Peace, newspaper clippings related to campaigns to end child poverty and photographs from the 1989 March Against Poverty. It also includes newsclippings related to the London housing crisis and issues of homelessness in the London area. There is also information on the 1986 “World Solidarity Day”, the 2001 “End Child Poverty Fast!” event to combat child poverty, correspondence, and a certificate of thanks from the London Affordable Housing Foundation, and correspondence with both federal and provincial government departments and protest groups outside of Canada.
This file contains prayer cards used by the Sisters. One prayer card is a funeral card for Mother M. Alacoque Hayes. There is also a business card for R. L. Evans & Sons who sold fire equipment.
