This newsletter was authored by the General Council. It contains congratulations to jubilarians, reports from conferences, reports from missions in foreign countries like Peru and El Salvador, notices about social justice issues, including information on violence and non-violence, and how Sisters can work towards Indigenous reconciliation and self-government. This was pertinent particularly since 1992 was the 500th anniversary of Christopher Columbus arriving in North America. The subseries also covers topics including feminism as it relates to the charism of the congregation and all its actions; calls to boycott certain corporations; a campaign to abolish nuclear weapons; monetary aid to Nicaragua and Honduras after Hurricane Mitch struck; refugee sponsorship; marching against poverty; and agricultural and environmental concerns. In the newsletters, there is financial information concerning personal budgeting, bursary information, and information on the congregation’s donations. This subseries discusses healthcare news including board membership, Catholic values in healthcare, and hospital updates related to Killam General Hospital ownership and cuts by the Ontario government in 1993. Finally, the subseries contains obituaries and reflections for several Sisters.

This series includes correspondence about the Associates Program, including between Sr. Doreen Kraemer, Director of the Associates Program and Associates, and between Sr. Mary Diesbourg, General Superior and Associates, about the current state of their activities. The series also includes information about the vision for the Associates and the program. There are also meeting notes and reports, as well as drafts and final copies of speeches given about the charism and the Associates. This series also includes information about the Associates/Companion Prayer Project. Also found in this series are histories of the Canadian Associate Networking committee and the congregational Associate Program, event invitations, and a brochure for the Associates Program. There are newspaper clippings concerning the benefits of palliative care and efforts to halt the abuse of women. Finally, there are talking points for a video about spirituality in the modern world, and a speech linking charism and alcoholism recovery by Francis Ann Gilchrist.
This series contains the newsletters "Crossing Over" and "Crossing Into Our Future," which cover the activities of the Strategic Planning Committee Phases III to VI as they guided the process of moving to the new Sisters’ residence on Windermere Road. Also included are community updates, statements of values, programs for information sessions and community events, schedules of meetings, names of committee members, feedback and survey forms, correspondence, a copy of an article by the London Free Press, information on the progress of the development, descriptions of the building characteristics, prayer cards, a song sheet, guides to discussion and teaching materials.
This sub-series contain materials related to how the Sisters communicated about formation inside and outside the community. These communication materials include newsletters, bulletins, brochures, newspaper clippings, correspondence, pamphlets, photographs, memos, advertisements, bookmarks, program outlines, a catalogue, a register, booklets and a register. There are materials that pertain to both London, Ontario and Edmonton, Alberta.
