This file consists of records documenting the background and funding of the Rosewood House group home for people with mental health problems in Brantford, Ontario when it was owned by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Hamilton. The records include newspaper clippings, financial records, and advertisements, as well as memos, emails, and other correspondence pertaining to the running of the house between staff, executives, a variety of businesses and charities, and between members and staff of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Hamilton.

Features include articles about health and wellness, plus services or activities of St. Joseph’s Health Care. Of special importance is the article on p. 55, which mentions the Sisters of St. Joseph Award for Excellence with a picture of the recipient, John Bannon, and Sister Nancy Wales.
