This includes annals, lists of Sisters who lived here, a historical summary, photographs, and house meeting minutes. In 1957, three Sisters of St. Joseph of Hamilton, Ontario arrived in Stoney Creek to their new community house, a renovated farmhouse. While living here the Sisters were involved in education, health care, and pastoral ministry.

These include Volume 1 of the Final Report- Motherhouse Strategic Planning Committee from September 2001, a photograph of the proposed Sisters of St. Joseph Residence, and newspaper clippings about the purchase and renovation of the residence. A timeline for strategic planning for February 2005 to January 2007, a Mount St Joseph asset optimization study, along with Crossing Into Our Future and Crossing Over newsletters from the Motherhouse Strategic Planning Committee are included. Intersessional Group reports and agendas from the Discernment Group Weekend Session held in November 2003 are included in the series. An Ecology Committee Report, Site Evaluations, and an Ecological Inventory Interim Report contain information specific to the new building site property.
