This subseries contains material concerning St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton and the connected St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing. It includes annals and histories, pamphlets, photographs, vision and goal statements, awards, by-law reviews, reports, financial records, insurance, property records, correspondence, and various committee, commission, and board meeting records. Notable inclusions in this subseries are the material concerning the donation of a stained-glass window from the hospital chapel to Holy Rosary parish and pamphlets from the School of Nursing.
This subseries contains records concerning the history and operation of St. Joseph’s Hospital, Guelph and some records concerning the connected St. Joseph’s Home, Guelph (previously known as House of Providence). This subseries includes photographs, histories, legal records, correspondence, minutes, redevelopment plans, financial statements, and reports. Notable inclusions are photographs and a flyer for the Feast of St. Joseph in March of 1993, a list of Sisters and their duties at the hospital, material concerning the estate and donation made by the late Rev. E. P. Slaven, and plans for the redevelopment of the hospital center.
