This subseries contains materials regarding annual meetings of members of the Associates Program. It includes correspondence, financial records about grants and expenses, and meeting minutes and reports submitted for annual business meetings from 2001-2012. The correspondence is to the Associates Office from Associate members. Opening rituals such as giving thanks, remembrance of ill and deceased members, welcoming new members, as well as Associated prayers from annual business meetings from 2004-2011 are included. Photographs from the Associates General Gathering are also included. In addition, there are materials regarding the Spiritual Ministries Network, ceremonies, retreats, and leadership.
